Walbert must go!

The board must do their job and get rid of Walbert. Besides the nepotism of hiring his unqualified wife, his dereliction of duty has never been more apparent. The stock is worth about half of what it was just 6 months ago, and he's been busy sponsoring Cub games and professional foreign golfers.

Tim, wake the f up and do your job, which at this point is to sell the company to people who know what they are doing. Raising drug prices to camouflage under performing sales expectations will not work anymore, now that you got your ignorant wish and whacked out liberals are doing everything possible to ruin the United States.

I knew you were a train wreck waiting to happen in 2019 when on a conference call you said "it may not be best for Horizon but we need democrat leadership", which you force down every employees throat at every opportunity. How's that working for you now?

Because of you and your management team, your best performers have left in droves and you are left with people going through the motions. And don't bring up, Atlanta, Cleveland, Dallas, Florida as shining examples of how great your sales people are, a monkey could win presidents club in those locales (just check virtually every other company in the industry).

You had a chance to build a nice organization, sell it, and make millions upon millions for you and your shareholders. Instead, you took the greedy path, ran it into the ground and will no longer be able to save it, or sell it for anything north of $100/share.

I know you read this, like I know you look at LI for good looking women (my source is that good)! Do the right thing and sell for anything you can get, because its more than you deserve. As a stockholder, who's watched you go from $116 to $65 in 4 months (that's absolutely putrid, and worthy of being fired at any real corporation) do the right thing and extract as much shareholder value as you can get, which by my estimation may be $88 a share! Remember that number Walbert from 2017, you said you'd sell then. Do it!

AMEN!!! Now we have his inept wife turning the OBU into a primary care salesforce that will be the final straw into this sinking ship. Pathetic the turn this place has had in the past 4 months. But continue to throw money at worthless sports sponsorships. Total waste of talent.

I completely agree with the individual that started this thread. The incompetent senior leadership team that he hired was the start.

Now with the flagship product tanking he moved over a few losers from the IBU to drive TEPEZZA demand. Lou Scerbo? That guy couldn’t sell an Eskimo a piece of ice. And his cronies or cult that he brought with him. I could go on and on. If you think it’s bad now just wait for another 6 months.

They are just there so the CEOs wife comes out unscathed

Wait a min..I thought they were expanding ophthalmology? I just had a recruiter call me for an expansion....

They are. Horizon no longer pays what they used to for salary and are finding ways to fire those who are paid over 180k. New expansion reps are making 105-125. At least the promoted ones.

another one bites the dust. President of global sales OUT. Guy was there for 3 months. Now the wifey reports directly to her hubby. Just when you think things couldn’t get worse. Horizon is a dumpster fire.

Poor Jac, out the door in three months. And poor Ricky, his bff EF brought him over and he will soon be the 4th Sales VP to be shit canned. Bring in the primary care reps to save the OBU, amazing idea dip shits.

The saying is “couldn’t sell a heater to a frozen Eskimo”. Why would an Eskimo want a piece of ice? Attention to detail is key my friend. That’s probably why you are terrible at being an anonymous poster as well as selling anything. Head back to Macy’s, they need the bodies.

They are still paying $180k anymore. People who just started are making that….BUT those people have 20+ years of experience including experience in biologics and buy and bill. No, they are not going to give people with what is basically a handful of years of primary care experience a $70k raise. Be happy that they even let IBU people transfer over. There’s no way that they would have been hired in the OBU or GBU if they were an external candidate, and most other companies would not do that. Im not really defending it, because I think it’s a terrible idea. There’s a reason that most other companies wouldn’t do it.

You realize Walbert writes at least half the responses that defends this management team, right? The retarded red head is so childish he spends time on here defending how fucked up he is. Any time you need to hire a professional psychologist to walk the halls trying to simmer down senior executives from Walberts loonacy, you know things are fucked up. Remove the red headed cancer Mike Grey.

That is 100% not true. We are paying 170k+ as we should in rare disease state.

As far as the CEO stepping down- yeah he isn't the best. Hiring his wife looks bad as she also isn't that talented. The share price though has more to do with the entire sector being down- not just Horizon.
