Thanks for the advanced notice. That's probably the reason for the HR email today about the benefits you will get for a reduction in force. Half of what they were in 2008.
 














Are you joking. Blake's been with the business for 8 plus years and has never/will never be able to sell anything. He's not even a good bean counter. How they ever put this guy in charge I will never know. What a joke, guess Platinum can't be too smart either

Does anyone have investments in Platinum? How are they reporting the financials for Advogent? Gains? Losses?
 




Any word of reinstating the salaries before the cuts???

God...how stupid are you? Sure, they will reinstate all salaries PLUS give everyone a 10% increase. Oh yea, they will now be paying 100% for our health insurance in addition to giving everyone an extra paid week of vacation across the board. The 401 K match is going to come back at a 5 for 1 match. We put in $1.00 and they give us $5.00.

I used to work there and I want to see the company turn around because I know a couple of people still there. It was a simple question and I'm not going to get in name calling with you. I'm above that and you should be too. Maybe you could start contributing to the company more and help it turn around instead of personal attacks.
 




The company lacks leadership and now has a numbers guy running it which can't be good for the long term. But the company will never do well if everyone just sits around and complains which is what we all do here in Wayne everyday. Let's all get back to work and actually work hard. Who know what could happen then.

The problem does not seem to be people who are not WILLING to work and work hard, but that there is not enough work to DO. Leave people to their own devices long enough, and yes, they will eventually just sit around and grouse. If the work were there, morale would happen.
