It’s not just the OG Celgene reps leaving! The horrible culture the past year has newer reps, older reps, Amgen reps who rolled into the Derm job - leaving

Those who learn from history will leave.

Those who don't will be subject to micromanagement KPI faking, silly named Contests, even sillier named 3x week webcalls, pool plunges, a declining IC payout, and mockery in TO.

If you don't learn from history, you will be doomed to its effects.

Now get to work on your ACT3 slides, your calibration charade for your manager, opening and closing your rep alerts, logging into MMIT, doing speaker programs 10+ years in, using HIQs, choosing appropriate closes, and above all - get those calls in as prescribed in the POA workbook!!!
