HE JUST SAID THAT IC PLANS WILL STAY THE SAME FOR Q1. THIS INCLUDES CSS. LOOKS LIKE NOTHING IS HAPENING THIS SELLING PERIOD....

Its their way of paying us less IC. They will never come back up to a certain level. They will be low from here on out.

Then he snuck in that there will be CHANGES to the Rep/DM IC plan!!! He shared one item on the DM IC plan but kept tight lipped on the rep changes....hmmmmm
