Your best best is to not respond. The results are technically anonymous, but at the individual supervisor level it's pretty easy to figure out who said what, especially if there are comments - and AI will only make it easier. A low response rate says as much to the supervisor's supervisor as negative results.

You are right… the job is to legally and ethically sell drug. Don’t expect everyone to be a suck up, acknowledge, respect and thank the 90-95% of people who just want to go out and do the job they were hired to do. Lord knows the other 5-10% spend more time in trying to look good vs actually doing good.

OMG you nailed this! Especially the last sentence. The ones that work the hardest always get hosed! The brown nosers get the promotions, period. Those days are over for me, I refuse to do it.
