I agree with all of this. I’m floored by the huge shift in culture and am more than overwhelmed by how much the goal post continues to move away from the sales force. It feels like we’re gearing up for something big… I just wish it would hurry up and happen so this can all be over. What I do know is this isn’t sustainable
 
The feel good days of Braeburn are gone. I have never seen such a drastic culture shift. Yet we had to do an exercise of how we contribute to the culture. Is leadership in denial of how much things have changed? I agree with the bait and switch.
We came because it was a startup and we wanted to take the risk of earning more money. That is clearly not going to happen this year.
 
Sales Director for the East is a prime example of the shifting culture. There were multiple complaints when he was an RD and he’s a complete disaster as a Sales Director. Big Pharma tactics, promote the problem!
 
Its so confusing. It feels like we're going to either be sold or laid off any second, but then you look around and everyone in leadership just got a promotion and they're hiring??? At first I thought leadership was looking out for their own, giving them all senior titles so when the hammer drops, they can move on with better titles. But with so many new hires, I'm just lost.…
