what next?



I should have waited back in June, but I left. Mgr disliked me & let me know a PIP was coming my way if I didn't bring up my #s. Had my #1 Dr die & 2 of the top ten retired. Then my 3 of my Drs decided no Reps or lunches & #s started to go down. Man, I should have waited it out, could have got a banging deal on severace. As it was I only had an overlap of 2 weeks before the new job kicked in. Nice to see some of the dead weight going without jobs. Hopefully they will get a taste of their bitter medicine when it comes to interviewing.
 
I have 27 yrs with the company. So I am going to take my pension and enjoy life. For all the Reps that have new jobs good for you-Yes, talking to the Florida & Texas Reps- now help your ex team mates get a position- write letters of reference, go on their LI page and write something positive for them, pass on recruiters...show acts of kindness. That is how you can survive for 27 yrs
