salaries have a wider spread for upper-level positions but not for low-level positions, dick. Are you suggesting that one lab tech can make 10k/yr while another makes 30k/yr...give me a break. is/was your title ever one of the 4 i asked about? Do you know someone who was? if so, how much did you/they make? Very few tenured personnel left which shows instability. But they cut some operating costs. And the poorest morale I've seen in years, it's like being at 5 day funeral here every week. Packed in a world class lab like sardines. Who engineered this crap?
PW didn't kill it all himself, the poor attitudes, poor decesions and spiteful actions of his management buddies are more to blame. But he condones it and continues to stand behind them. They are just biding there time until they can dump this on some fool and collect their commissions and bonuses.
But the best hope for any AAI employee looking at this as a career is that some fool does buy us and cut these wienners loose.
