What's it like to work for Lundbeck?

Can anyone tell me what the salary range for Lundbeck is? I was contacted by a recruiter to interview next week, but she wouldn't share that with me. Only that there is a $700 car allowance and $25,000 annual bonus. Please advise. Thanks!

Not where it should be and where you would like it. It also depends on what you were making befor and what experience you have.

I understand the salary may not be where it should be for some, but I have been unemployed for over 7 months and my last salary was considerably low for a CNS specialty position anyways. Can anyone please give me a salary range???? My last salary was in the mid 50s. Thanks

I am relatively new with Lundbeck and I have found Heidi to be a bright and energetic leader. It is important that we do not let a malcontent poison the water for an individual or company. Keep doing what you're doing HB!!!

I too recently joined the company and have been impressed with Heidi's leadership.

Yes, this is an easy question to answer. Let me help you out here:

If you were in the mid-50's, add 10-12% in salary, then take 22% off the top for being able to come on board, minus $3,000 for bonus payout NOT given, divide the number by the days in the cycle that a hummingbird (female, for you idiots) is fertile and subtract that number by the times that a lunar eclipse is expected to occur between now and 3433. Once you factor in the inflation rate over the last 10 years by the expect growth of the GNP, less the increase in health care, you can actually find the exact number you will be offered (if you are offered) for your first 12 months, prorated. Easy to figure out, because it's exactly how they did it before they got to Lundbeck/Ovation!

Love it! Classic pharma

Agree. Sean was a the best thing Lundebck had to offer. Great leadership. Now we have a Abbott reject like HB running the sales organization. If the market was better, everyone would leave. Almost every single person in my area has their resume on the street. I talk to my recruiters more than my Drs. Anything to get away from HB...

I can only say that Heidi has been a positive influence on my career. She is a Classy Person.

With your poopy attitude, you are no sister of mine! Leave HB alone on CF and look in the mirror and try to smile. It may make you feel better about the day. A positive approach is always a winning scenario.

Ladies, please! Just stop the fighting. You will never win it with postings on CP, so lets just say girl with the biggest boobs, wins. OK?

The key to working here is to get into the home office. That way you never have to answer a phone again as long as you live. Nobody in there ever picks up the phone. Ever. Lazy bastards. No, they are not "in meetings", what they are doing is bullsh***ing with the admin wearing the DD cup.

Or tyring to figure out tee times for a foursome. It's called an "off-site meeting".
