Why all the Weck haters? Is he really that much of a tool?

Weck is a good bloke overall. His abrasiveness is due to his military training and upbringing by a very demanding father. For sure, he is one of the all time villains in J&J IT history. I suspect he will mellow out whilst in retirement.

An explanation is not an excuse. There is no excuse for this behavior to be tolerated in a senior leader.

I am truly sorry for my past behavior Christopher and hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. It's no excuse, but I had a raging addiction to cocaine and other substances from 2008 - 2023. I hated myself for it and it almost cost me my family. We are in counseling now and I have a new perspective on life after addition and J&J!
