Why so many openings?



starting pay is below industry standard so any recruiter looking for CNS is calling indie

goals for shcz are a joke. low volume territories are winning and ranking above the larger volume ones who actually keep the lights on

the car is no choice. you get to pay for a nissan rogue.

metrics are now demanded. calls per day on telepsych! we can't influence who we can't see and it is frustrating
 
Perseris is not keeping the lights on.
 
There are a lot of openings because people are leaving

People are leaving because half the managers are trainwrecks and since Shaun left this place is a joke

We also don't have a pipeline
 
It really is sad, the only qualification for a job is "I once sucked cock at GSK"

If you are really looking for a job don't worry, there will be lots of people leaving 1st quarter 2024
 
This is the most miserable job I have ever worked. Miserable product, miserable docs, miserable staff, miserable patients. You spend your entire day surrounded by depressed people.
 
This was the BEST company I ever worked at. Then they hired Vishal. Then Marty and Shaun left. Then it was the worst company I ever worked at. But when it was good it was the greatest.
