Why the constant turnover?

It’s not bad if you’re in a state with excellent coverage. Definitely do your due diligence. Reach out to Paratek reps on LinkedIn for the real scoop. There are huge issues with this company, though, so make sure you talk to people before diving in.
Excellent advice. Management looks the other way concerning glaring deficiencies within the organization. Do your homework.

Interviewing here but starting to notice a lot of turnover/openings on LinkedIn? Any insight?
The drug it self is great! However, the coverage is horrible. You have so many generics that are approved by Medicare, so the insurance will ask why they need a branded antibiotic when 90% of the generics will work. Everything in most cases requires a Prior Authorization. Once a doctor has written the drug a few times and every time it gets denied, you will most likely lose that doctor. They don't have time to fight with the insurance companies. So you end up getting one off RX's here and there. It's never consistent.

The only upside is that you can get "Specialty Pharma" on your resume and it will help you land your next job. Outside of the, the company is not a good one to work for.
