Absolutely that is a manager.

I am shocked at how many mgrs are on cafepharma. Most of the managers, hell ALL of the mgrs I know, are just normal people that were promoted from reps up to management and of course they have the same interest that we all have. And having been good friends with many of them both here at Bayer and my previous company...it is shocking how little THEY know before any layoff announcements are coming. They have their suspicions just like reps do - but they do not know what is happening really any more than we do.

At this point...it is just going to be suspicion from everyone at all levels until Jan 2025. Good Luck out there!

The company structure and changes that are coming in 2024 will be mind blowing to seasoned Pharma people unless you’ve already been through this restructure at Roche. If you like to sell for a bonus and see your name on the scoreboard of winners…the new Bayer DSO model won’t be for you! It is a sales slayer!
