glad i missed it. I was told what happened. What an immature, babling little man with a big ego. I am sure his wife and kids would be very proud of him - not to mention his mother. My srecomendation is for him to read a few management books on Sales and motivating he field force. Babaric Ass

Would love to know what the purchase price was for the two companies.......can't imagine Integra paying more then 200mm as they have never been known as a big spenders on purchases. So how would we fit in? Selling Integra and tei stuff? Can't imagine that would go over well with them

Heard it was over $200M for both companies. The deal is closing in July-final prices to be disclosed at that time.
