Not so fast, many posters from Akorn employees just using their freedom of speech to vent their concerns, likes, dislikes, etc. This blog is no different than any other company postings here on CP. It seems from reading many of the company blogs here that it is always us (sales reps) vs them ( management). No company is perfect. Everyone has their issues.

I refuse to believe that our management would even look at this site. that said its got to be some rogue ex employees trying to stir up trouble amongst us reps

Ditto, my DM follows CP, in fact I suspect some of the posts are from her by her bipolar nature. She made it clear that yes management follows these blogs. So whatever you say here may get to management.

Im very upset about the 2016 commission plan. Its a disgrace how they value us. I really like working for this company and planned to stay here long term.. Not with this income.
