I disagree. Dan's sales postings show many not making quota. Culture is toxic. Grass not always greener, but it doesn't have to be much greener to be better than here.

This is patently false. Tim is aware of what is occurring at argenx and is ensuring that action is taken to guide argenx back to its promised core values. As someone who has worked with Karen in the past, she will not put up with the "leadership" of DD and RM. Some people are worried that the RM TBM GM Council will be ineffective, like her "Listening tour". Let Karen or Tim know if things are not better in a couple of months. Nothing is perfect, but things will improve. Don't believe this? Call Tim or Karen and hear it from one of them. Argenx is a great company. Lots of hope for the future.
