I am a RD that used to report to Dan. I can vouched for Dan - best leader to work for and whom has the kindest heart. His intention is always positivity, thus, all about you, the reps, the team, the culture…
 








It doesn't take much to turn things around because there are some great people at argenx. RM has known for at least a year the issues, and Dan's lack of leadership, work ethic, etc. She knows there are are other people there who tells her what she wants to hear. She needs to apologize, acknowledge mistakes, get help for herself- someone who can objectively tell her the truth about herself and the organization. She needs to stop taking what Bill, Shikhar and Sunil tell her as gospel. She needs to be a leader but I am not sure she knows how. Never grew or developed under Keith because he and Tim made all decisions.Pretty sad actually.

Spot on. Keith was a major problem. Rebecca went along.

Dan sure didn't act alone. How did you like Rebecca giving us a speech about her listening tour? It was a joke. Only time she listened is when she realized Karen was watching her. I hope Karen sees through her.

Obviously you missed the NSM in AZ JM. RM gave a summary of what she learned, which was so far off from what TBM's really think. RM acted surprised at manager meeting last week when learning people were so unhappy at argenx. Probably listening too much to your ass-kissing. One of our reps HCPs told RM to her gave your unhappy many are. You are such a doughy muppet.
 


Listening tour was a joke. People told by managers to say only positive things. Managers then told what their people said so the people got blasted. The idea was right- to find out how employees feel but it backfired because RM did not know how to handle the information. Again, "shoot the messengers" mentality. Don't ask for truth is you don't want to hear it.

With DD being fired, it will be awhile before any other of the top scumbags get the axe. Tim & Karen won't/can't shock the system. We can pray/hope/wish for Rebecca to be fired but it won't happen soon enough.

Worst culture ever. Bunch of ass kissers that take credit for other peoples work and let RM and Bill think they are gods. Ridiculous expectations from a few. RM let's people skate by on others coat tails. Rm and BR need to go where ever DD went and quick.
