F U Vanda!

Looks like the witch only went to one of those meetings this week because she went on vacation.

 

Jen's rise to fame was non compliant, unethical sales of Hetlioz in the first 6 months of the company. Even further evidence of how this company acted since day 1 was that they had her go on conference calls and explain what she was doing! Dr. P was blinded by $$$ since day 1. It is no surprise her name is associated with non compliant promotions with Fanapt. She'll look pretty in orange in a few years

 

Please tell us more! She's always so quick to tell everyone that she had previously been a manager before coming to Vanda so that helped her get a managerial spot again.

Again, she will say that she did not want TG's position after being in the "acting" role but she so did and those that were at the fall 2016 meeting will remember how much she wanted to show off for GP.

 

She was a manager at previous companies. A few people of the original Vanda were. We were paid on intake form submissions then. Hee grand idea was to have offices go back through patient records and just have offices submit intakes for everyone that was blind without consulting the patients. I left just before her performance for GP, but I heard plenty about it. She has some talent, but there were many far more talented than her then. Once you got the eye of approval from Dr. P you were golden in this company. Jen and Charles were his favs, no question

 

She could be a favorite of Dr. P but even she will call him names like a dictator behind his back.

She pretends to be sincere but there have been instances of phoniness with her!

 

It's been a year since the massacre and people are still pissed!

You still have blood on your hand and you know who you are!

 

It has been a year since the layoffs.
The layoffs where we cut those people who under performed on FANAPT and Hetlioz.

I find it amazing, how in this economy, with no unemployment, they are still looking for jobs because of how bad they are.

Many people were let go that MADE their numbers and that includes top performers and President's Club members!

Their only crime was to speak the hell up about unjust and unethical practices so they were silenced.

Don't worry because it will only be a matter of time before it is you but know before you write your bullshit!

 

You know nothing. Numbers had very little to do with cuts. Having the guts to question and challenge the very inappropriate and often illegal practices were the reasons for the purge. Managers who protected their reps and told them to not play in the Vanda mud were cut. You may want to revisit the rankings and number of intakes of those you know nothing about.

And if it is so easy to find a great job, why are you still aboard the Titanic? You may wish to visit a mirror and question yourself for still working for a criminal enterprise?

Oh yeah! They laid off a pregnant rep last year too because it's the Vanda way and because Poly freaked about someone taking maternity leave despite the rep being a top performer.

GP and the regional stooges made it clear on their conference calls where they sounded like they were being held hostage and clearly reading from a script a year age that "ATTITUDE" is why people survived the cuts and they made sure to say that very word time and time again!

 

HA HA HA. ATTITUDE is not why Dr Evil and his lap dogs GP the Hated and Tommy Kickball pushed out our better reps. It is that they were getting louder in their quest that Vanda stop demanding sales at all costs. Tom can talk about attitude all day but we all just laugh at him, no one believed a word he said then... or now

Tape your manager pushing you to sell off label.

 

If you are new to the company as an ANSR please read this thread. This is all true and only about 25 people are left that can tell you that this all did happen and even though it was 2 years ago this is the company you work for. These people are criminals and hired these associates to train you to sell off label for both products. Lawsuits are happening everywhere with vanda so look them up on pacer and other public info websites this is all going to come down on them some day. Many people that were named have left the company even as high up as the CFO. So take this as advice to get yourself experience and then get out. Find another job and you will be so much happier. Company vanda is and all the leaders. Normal company are not structured like they are at Vanda. When you are not allowed or not encourage to reach out to anyone at corporate they are hiding something. A lot of grey area vanda operates in and for you, well you could go to jail because you played by their rules even if they are illegal you can and will be thrown under the bus and to the wolves.

 

Glad to see Vanda held up their end of the bargain paying out the 2020 retention bonus! I think we all knew they were going to screw everyone over somehow. Great job! Horrible company! Sad!

They say the board has to approve but this is another lie from Vanda. Good luck on getting your earned money. They will find a way to get out of this contract. Sneaky vanda. What if people were going to use the money for a down payment on a house, car, pay off student loans? The money was suppose to be deposited tomorrow! And at 4 pm you tell the sales force the day before a 30 t deposit that it isn’t coming? What is wrong with these people!
