Crapshore Pharmaceuticals. Jornay PM is already a failure. Crap coverage for a crap product.

Why would you call your lawyer?? That is the type of statement and entitled jerk makes. If you got put on a plan the it was for cause. Calling a lawyer just makes empty your bank account but wont change your fate. If you aren't producing sales you dont get to keep a sales job, that's pretty straight forward. Seems like your looking to blame anyone but yourself for the fact you haven't been doing your job.

Given your attitude hopefully your manager goes ahead a fires you sooner instead of waiting the 30 days (I highly doubt your going to get off you lazy ass and start working now). Most states are at will states meaning they can fire without cause. My bets that you get your wish and your next call will be from HR

Words from a bitter man or a troll. Jornay PM is actually an incredible product. Ask anyone e who has tried it or the thought leaders of ADHD
Coverage is always rough for new drugs, but this one is surprisingly well covered. And as of Oct 1 most states will have Medicaid coverage, which is what most kids have. Southeast has been doubling numbers weekly, those who have actually selling skills and can actually educate their providers on the uniqueness of Jornay are doing well. Those looking for an easy sale and to work 10 to 2 3 days a week are now on plans. My guess is your one of the latter

Personally, I'm looking forward to my $9000 bonus for getting 20 new writers!!! Awesome company that rewards those who work well.

Umm, get your head out of the sand. Ironshoes did not just reduce the sales team by nearly half because things are rosy.

Half?? Where did you get that nugget of false info? They cut 31 territories, most of which were vacant. Initially the goal was 360ish reps, I'm no math genius but 31 is hardly half of that. They just cut the dead weight, same for those on the 30 day plan - most are dead weight just collecting a paycheck. Those that want to keep their jobs will have to prove they are worth keeping

If anyone believes these words were written by a rep you are very naive.

Medicaid coverage ends in most states after 6 months at which time you are going to get a lot of pissed off providers. Good luck when your numbers tank!

Beleive what you want, I wrote them and I a..most certainly just a rep. But a rep who is very happy with the fact Ironshore treats their reps like adults and that I have a product that does what it says. Hearing patient feedback makes my day. Of course since your a 10 to 2 drive by rep I doubt you've gotten much feedback, you have to actually have scripts to get feedback

This is unreasonable at best. Very unprofessional. The investors want their money and rightfully so. Too many reps. We are the ones paying the price.

Spot On!! If you cant even earn your salary why should they keep you? Time to cut the dead weight. If you cant manage 5 scripts in 4 .months you really need to find a new career doing something other than salea

Maybe it's because this rep is so thankful to be working for a company that treats their reps like adults allows us to manage our own business and doesn't micro manage.
