We are starting a new division at Amgen...rare Disease ibu....it will 100% be compensated differently than other business units.
Every division is compensated differently, dumb ass. Use your brain. If Amgen had any intentions of paying us like we are paid now, then why would Tim have pushed to get the target bonus/base guarantee for a year written into the scheme agreement…that is NOT common practice.
