Every division is compensated differently, dumb ass. Use your brain. If Amgen had any intentions of paying us like we are paid now, then why would Tim have pushed to get the target bonus/base guarantee for a year written into the scheme agreement…that is NOT common practice.

Well, either your husband is a dumb ass or you’re full of shit. There are executive level reps in rheum & neuro making over 180k who are NOT ISS. The band for executive rep for derm (territory rep) states that it goes to $195k. That’s public knowledge. But, yes, derm tends to get paid less because it’s is so damn easy.
