This company is toast. Being absorbed into the big mothership of JNJ. Closing PA. Trying to move headquarters to OC. We'll see how many take the bait. we are going to have to deal with all the internal chaos while we try to make quota.

Stay away! Acclarent is in a death spiral. There are others in the ENT space on much stonger footing.

Is this a whistleblower case (qui tam) or a criminal case resulting from a qui tam investigation? Sounds like some high level executives with detailed information shared info with the DOJ.

No. It looks like some ex-high level executives got indicted. I don't think any 'executives' shared any information. Unless you may be referring to RL and that is probably the only reason that asshole still has a job at Acclarent.

 

According to the press release the indictment was lifted from unsealed implying more is still currently still sealed.
