Wrong! I just excepted a verbal offer from Intersect. Can now get back on track making money and selling. No more pharma BS, reports, conf calls, pdp, weekly planners, quarterly plannrs, and instrument pitch memorization from Acclarent anymore.

Are you seriously concerned after reading these posts? Read the posts on all the boards. All of them are filled with posts from people who hate their jobs. If you are seeking advice on a serious career choice from this board then you are not ready to leave your current situation...even if you are unemployed.

I'm not trying to sound negative, but take the gig if it is a step up for you. Make some money and if something better comes along jump ship.

JNJ is a good company. It's not the best and yes there is a lot of B.S. there (I worked for them for 5 years)

JNJ is the only hope for this company, they're finally starting to sweep out the trash, positive changes are already happening with more to come. Don't let any of the current management sway your decision, they won't be here much longer.

Run by a bunch of interventional people, who dont know anything about the specialty or marketplace. same goes for acclarent and entellus, what a joke, these businesses should be huge, but what can you expect from a bunch of Boston sci and USS knuckle heads! and NO they are not huge and probably never will be.

Definitely some oddballs in field leadership but honestly I doubt you could do much better med dveice sales at this point. Once the ACOs kick in and start sending all the procedures to the office Acclarent will take off like a rocket.

Total gong show, all of these people know absolutely nothing about ENT. sure cyclops.... piece of shit, stratus..... piece of shit insurance reimbursement.......... no fucking clue clue office procedures................ no clue, what a bunch of dumb fucks, except WF that started the company who is now wiping is ass on a stack of million dollar bills.

Intersect got their 510K. My manager knew nothing about a strategy or what's going on with Stratus, isn't it his job to know the ENT marketplace? Hey managers what's our strategy now?
