allocating 340b vials to friends to boost IC for Krystexxa?

I don’t know about the 340b vials, but the part about management making decisions on who gets credit for vials outside of territory & for docs that go to multiple territories IS decided on a case by case basis by management. Go ask the KC & IA RSAMs.

Not arguing that. There are allocation calls that need to be made on a case by case basis because there is no data. The alternative is that nobody gets credit.

But I tend to error on the side that believes they are doing the best they can with the information provided. If you genuinely feel you aren’t getting credit for vials you know are yours, then push on the issue. If you can’t support your claim that you had material involvement then don’t hate on others. If you were the driving force then you should be able to back it up with calls and other activity.

“Sucky” always like to blame their performance on management not liking them. But in reality, maybe their management doesn’t like them because their performance sucks.

You may not be arguing it, but others on here have. What counts as “proof” is quite variable. People who do well complain about getting credit, too, asshat, because we aren’t people who just want to coast and stay under the radar. It’s cute that you think that pushing back will magically make it fair and consistent, though.
This isn’t rocket science. There’s a reason that every other company has strict black and white rules for credit. Anyway, it won’t matter much longer. Amgen, like almost every other company, has black and white rules and will impose them on us.

Bitter much? Anonymous posting sure does bring out the worst in people. Zero qualms about being rude to a perfect stranger.

A perfect stranger who not only referred to people complaining as “sucky”, but also came on here insisting complaining with proof of calls will make a difference.
Would be equally as rude to someone so arrogant and clueless in person. It’s not bitterness, just no patience for morons.

I have plenty of proof and you'll read about my settlement. BTW, you were such a coward last week. You are a soft beta. You fit in well as a fake in Vegas.

Beta girl- the reason you got beat every year is because you can't sell. Its not the 340b vials. Facts. You should work on being a better salesperson and be more focused on your customers. All that money was for the taking and people like you just couldn't get it done.

I didn’t write that, but I have no idea why you keep assuming that this person couldn’t get it done. If you’re really someone who cares about being successful, then you care if other people cheat because it impacts your ranking. Given how defensive you are about that poster’s accusations, it seems as though you are a guilty party. Just sayin.

Why would I care about my rank. I care if I make 60k or 40k a quarter.

We aren't Amgen yet...and even once we do I'm pretty sure we will still be making 40-80k bonuses for the rest of this year. So again no one at Horizon really cares about rank. We get flat raises across the board. We don't even do year end reviews.

Just like any other company, the good reps care about rank and President’s Club and the crappy ones don’t.

we don't make 60k a year at Amgen. that's a fact.

We don’t care what you make. We get to keep our target IC for a year. I’m sure the structure of the plan will change and no one will make huge bonuses anymore…whatever. The chances of finding anywhere that we could make the same kind of money is slim to none, and it’s worth staying at Amgen until our stock vests (even if that’s through a layoff).

Bunch or rats trying to show who has the biggest rat Johnson.

What is fact is that after 365 days from the close, you will be lucky to make $40k a year in IC and you absolutely won't make more than $5k a year in equity. Stone cold facts.

The Amgen machine is more interested in paying vendors to tell you that you need to open more rep alerts (useless), use more RTE ( less than useless) and call on more retired targets (we don't care because ZS says they are important).

Welcome to the Borg. Resistance is futile.

Dont disagree. What I don't understand is why even bother go give $5k a year in RSU grants that don't even vest for 4 years? Essentially worthless as Amgen is a dividend company- in 5 years looking at a 23% stock price increase. So if I was here for 10 years I have 50k in grants (only 30k vested). That 30k is worth under 40k. They mind as well keep it- its not an incentive to do anything. Give us an extra 2-3% 401k match instead at least I can put that in a high growth fund.

Most of us reps will eventually leave. Which is probably what Amgen wants- but they will still have to spend money hiring to replace and train.

You'd rather cry like a bitch than find something that better suits you.
