Sign me up to work for this guy. Seriously, at least it sounds like there's no bullshit here. I hate managers that feed you the kool-aid when you are in disagreement on a topic. Maybe some tac could have been given, but overall good form!

Dear Management

When was the last time I serviced or gave technical advice on an in office Cerec? The question is if I sell a lab an in-lab why shouldn't I be compensated for selling that system to the lab? I am compensated for selling it to a doctor's office.

Chew on that for a while

Effevtive immediately, Cerec system sales will not be a commissionable transaction. We will handle eveything by telephone and internet. Resignations accepted gladly.
 
If you don't like the commission structure and are unhappy with the job. Step aside as there are many of us who would gladly take your position.

Note to management, please fire this rep and hire someone else. Many of us on this site have applied and will not give you the headache this rep does.

Okay I see you are just a stupid troll. Yea try selling Cerecs over the phone and internet and see how that works out for you. Besides anyone who works here KNOWS who sells Cerecs and it isn't the TRs.

It's not about not liking the commission structure you idiot. It's about being paid for selling something. The reason you have applied and are not working here is that Voltera weeded you out.

TR s typically are not calling on dental labs. Therefore how would they even develop a relationship with a lab and determine that lab was interested in a CEREC? If a lab were interested in a CEREC it would be the CeREC specialist who went into the lab to detail and demo the unit. This is most likely the reason why TR s are not being paid on Cerec in lab.

Any TR can pick up labs and put them in their emagine along with their docs. Then you just make calls on them like you do the dentists and establish the relationship. They are much easier to sell things to like burs and stone, etc.
