Entresto Lawsuit

Curious- how would one falsify prior Auths? That is crazy! That seems impossible!

I think what was meant that the rep actually quite or filled out the prior authorizations for the offices. Or helped the staff write them giving then exact wording etc.. we are not to help in anyway other than what was approved by legal..

She used to sit in offices completing prior auths and writing in false information to get Entresto covered by the specific plan. What the plan required, she wrote on the PA. So yes, in many cases falsifying. The staff usually let her do it as long as they got treats, coffee etc. She only did it in a handful of offices, but that was all she needed to do. When she became a manager she told us every day how she had achieved the highest sales in the country and pushed us to do the same.

You are right. I am not the next Oswald Bilotta. I came before him. I am Darryl Copeland. I was a whistleblower in the 2010 case against Novartis. I don’t care if you believe me or not. I am telling the truth. Oswald Billota is a courageous person.I know Oswald. I was one of the first people to congratulate him. It is not easy to do what is right and be a whistleblower. I should know. I have been one. Oswald deserves the $109 million dollars in my opinion. Take care, and be sure to get 8 calls in tomorrow, and don’t forget to close, and ask for the business!!

does anyone know what the new DOJ investigation is about? i received a message to beware that DOJ had contacted some of my customers regarding a new case related to payments??? anyone know anything?

Here we go again. Doesn’t Novartis get it. Geez , yet another whistleblower lawsuit. Boy, I never thought in my wildest dreams Novartis would make me such a wealthy person. The government is watching them like a hawk. The government has recovered millions of dollars from Novartis because they continue to disrespect the law. Qui Tam law suits were first introduced by Abraham Lincoln in America. Before that, it was term used in England. Qui Tam meaning is of Latin descent meaning “ for the King”. If a soldier saw that a wooden crate was opened in the field of war, and nothing was in the wooden crate, and the soldier spoke up and told the king, the soldier would be rewarded. The federal government is getting a huge return on their investment investigating pharmaceutical companies. OIG for the department of HHS is recovering $20 for every $1 they spend investigating. Often sales representatives come forward with the critical information. They are then rewarded many dollars for speaking up. Now the rabbit has the gun.

I am so thankful I left several years ago. Novartis - great drugs with HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. It just never ends. It seems the terrible reps stay and the good reps die on the vine.

That's called insurance fraud and there should be fib penalties for that felony.
