Someone has turned this management group in recently. Off label is actually a real issue on this Durysta team. Watch for it soon. Red flags are flying. Thanks Florida. Whistle blowers are real during audits.

When did P Club become only being able to get 1-2 drinks poolside during the day and the rest of the food and drink we have to pay for ourselves????

It has been a year or more since I looked at this complaint box. It had gotten to the point that it was just infuriating to look at the silly posts from well paid employees about having to do their jobs. The pandemic brought out the worst in many people that was there already but made them feel empowered to complain about easy tasks. Nothing has changed since I quit looking at this garbage for my own health and sanity. Do your jobs. We know how to run this business. Do what you are told. Good day!

Know how to run the business? You must be the same person that missed the Vuity projection by... oh you know... a few hundred million dollars over a FEW MONTHS after launch.

You're a joke and EC has NOTHING left in the hopper. Everyone knows drops will be gone by the end of the year; Alphagan going generic this September and Lumigan next year. Everyone knows nobody in the ophthalmology space really believes brand is better than a generic equivalent; look at Combigan. So what do they need reps for... marketing Vuity with 6 other competitors out there when Vuity can't even crack a few million right now when it's ON IT'S OWN?!

This is hilarious!! We know how to run this business and do as you’re told?! That’s a damn joke and so is your job.

You must not carry a bag and you work in a tower where you judge the peons whom you think can’t even be business owners or have a brain. This business would be lost without the reps! Vuity is abysmal and the Rx averages are a joke. Pushed it to P2 in the middle of a launch? What does that even tell you. No one knows how to launch or forecast from HO. Take a peek at the weekly averages. The ones who used to seek it at higher volumes aren’t even talking about it because you can’t make ANY money in this space due to the structure. Would be be surprised if Rx got sold. Soon.

WTF is anybody going to buy. These yahoos took a 70 year business and drove it to the ground.

I just don’t get why there isn’t any DTC for Vuity? There seems to be no shortage of Skyrizi or Rinvoq commercials, but then there’s no funding for Vuity that relies on consumer demand? Or maybe they can get Durysta reps involved since they don’t really do anything all day? There has to be a solution here because the numbers are fading away weekly.

Lol, look at the math, it's pretty simple. Even if Abbvie brought home $20/rx (they don't... because they sell it to the wholesaler who marks it up and then the pharmacy further marks it up... and they still have production cost on the drop) they couldn't afford DTC for Vuity. What does a commercial cost on a crappy TV channel, a few hundred thousand dollar? Bringing home $20/rx you'd have to sell 15 THOUSAND Vuity scripts to just cover the cost.

You've also got a bunch of reps running around no longer trying to sell it all being paid 6 figure salaries plus benefits and vehicles that the brand (well, really Lumigan (and that train is derailing as soon as the patent ends)) needs to support. What does a 100 rep sales force, with managers, and useless inhouse people cost... a minimum of 20 million/year? That's A MILLION VUITY RXs just to cover the salesforce, and that's IF AbbVie even brings in $20/script.

Here's the plot and final chapter of the book you're in. Abbvie/Allergan missed HARD with Vuity, it's a plain and simple flop. You had people coming up with massive projections to kick the can down the road on a drug that doesn't really work well and the market deemed non-essential. Abbvie doesn't make enough off it to bother advertising. On top of that the reps that are supposed to be selling it aren't (why would they, there's no money in it) and all the Eye Care funding is being propped up by a decades old glaucoma drop that going to fall off patent in a matter of months rather than years. They're already in panic mode, trimmed the salesforce by 2/3, have nothing in the pipeline to sustain the division, and everyone knows more cuts or a sale are coming. The book is done, close it, get out, and move on.

Most accurate post on CafePharma right here. Anyone who thinks they have more than a year left here is kidding themselves. They're not going to buy anything to save us, they don't have anything coming out in the drop pipeline (take a look at the pipeline; they killed the dry eye trials and drops won't get the wet AMD piece), everyone knows that drops is dying a slow painful death and there's nothing to be done about it.
