This trash/treasure is a toxic leader and is destructive to members of his team and the overall workplace at Intercept. Most would say it’s a selfish abuse of power. I’m glad I made my choice to resign.

I can see why Sr. leadership could possibly see why hi me brings value but the truth is that hi me is poison. As a former individual who used to work with him directly I can tell you this first hand he is not an individual who can be trusted. The only way most of the individuals manage and survive him is to do or tell him what he wants to hear. Now you tell me is this right?
