Green, Yellow, Orange, Red

Thank God it’s the last day of hi me land. Words could not describe this guy.

Hi me we don’t all work or report to you. Get over yourself. You are not as good as you think. As a matter of fact you’re marginal at at your current role and everyone knows it. It won’t surprise me if people go to HR after this meeting. You should not be leading people or working in teams.

Hi me here’s a bit of advice. Grow up!

Tell your sidekick not be using and yelling the name Geronimo on stage. Many found it highly offensive. HR please send this individual to sensitivity training. Embarrassing that this is what we call leaders. I’m out my resignation will be coming to you soon.

For God’s sake’s the man was fired from his last job for the same behaviors. All his people turn him to HR. This is no secret. What part don’t we understand here?

I can see why Sr. leadership could possibly see why hi me brings value but the truth is that hi me is poison. As a former individual who used to work with him directly I can tell you this first hand he is not an individual who can be trusted. The only way most of the individuals manage and survive him is to do or tell him what he wants to hear. Now you tell me is this right?

Let’s go down memory lane during a field ride:
- you get to hear how great he is
- if I was running this company conversation
- all his accomplishments on how he has done it all
- validate him don’t challenge his thought process
- never letting you detail customers because he takes over every call

Get used to it. Hi me is not going anywhere. This cockroach knows how to survive a nuclear holocaust. He is currently laughing at all of you.

True statement. Head of operations you have now made the list of who he talks about. You are not alone we are all idiots compared to the hi me greatness. LR, Vicki, Deryk Meghan, compliance, medical etc. all idiots and poor leaders. Hi me knows best. If he was in charge of the company the stock would be at $300+.

Hi me you are classless. The truth is you always have been. Your career track record is no secret and you know it!

Ah, but even the awful RBD’s are being protected on this round of layoffs. Too bad. Too many good people will be told they have no jobs this week, yet the bad ones are retained. What does that say about the future if this company? Stick in the toilet, thank you Jerry! I can’t even leave with much in my pocket

Today is Hi Me’s revenge! He is soaking it all in. You are gone and he is still standing.
