Which area of the country are you speaking? Base is more like $130-150k + $75k in bonus dependent on territory. Overall good commissions structure for great benefits and vacation time.

Same here. Base 150k, $75 commission uncapped. Car and benefits standard.

    Pros:
Mature territories, 2 great products and just launched a 3rd, one test has no competitors and all major urologists and hospitals use it, company culture is awesome and vacation time is generous, managers are good and don’t micro-manage.

Good base salary and commission structure. There is money to be made.

    Cons:
Large territories, deal with Medicare etc, can’t think of any others.

Docs love these products. Covid has hurt us all in med sales, but once we are out of the weeds, diagnostic tools will be hot. All the low-risk patients that were not seen because of Covid will be getting the tests.

I will bottom line this for anyone interested in joining Ferring or currently employed by Ferring. It’s a sh$thole in every aspect of the company (with one exception). The products are old and with little to no IP, the portfolio is weakest in the industry and the people running the company are retarded. The one exception to work here is the ability to exploit weak, useless and ignorant management. We can get away with doing next to nothing for a long time. Run far away otherwise

Is this post about working at Ferring or MDx?

MDx upper management is not much to be desired.

Yes. The company today is what it was 10 years ago or arguably worse. Same sh!t products, same sh!t management, no equity, etc.. stay away

Top reps, top managers, tenured employees leaving within weeks of each other. Docs that dropped off during COVID not ordering tests anymore. Exo ruling market. Confirm ousted by MRI. UTI isn’t taking off. The future of this company is bleak and commission plan is horrible now.

Also, very large, multi-state territories. A lot of driving and a lot of overnights.

Do they have company cars or car allowance? If an allowance, what is the monthly allowance? Did I hear that you pay your own hotel and gas and they reimburse? I can't believe this is what would be offered.

New Exact reps are about to find out how hard Confirm, Select, and UTI is to sell.

We know! The question is: how many of us will stay? I know some are already looking to leave.

I can’t see this ride being anything but a bumpy mess. And then just as you think it’s smooth the GPS name change and path lab change and we haven’t mentioned the data yet. Are we also in IT this is a time warp- next product name - “not impressed” and there sre other copromote companies?

Not excited about GPS name change either.

    Sales Training:

MDx reps about GPS - “yay, we get to sell a real test that doctors want to use!”

Exact reps about MDx Tests - “damn, we have to sell 3 underdog tests that no one wants to use.”

Management - please don’t quit Exact reps. We need you.
