Finally, management improved the commission structure after almost a year of crappy payouts.

How does the commission plan compare with Exact’s?

This place is run by clowns. Giving away free tests AGAIN because the numbers suck so bad. Free is the only way to get docs to use their tests. Company is Not a big player and has a bunch of outdated tests. UTI, doc’s are laughing because it’s obvious the company wants the UTI money. This company is not taken seriously.

The VP of Sales needs to hit the road. This guy has no clue what’s going on out in the field. They promote here based on favoritism and your loyalty to those at the top especially to the COO.

MDxHeatlh is a good lab and company that pays employees well. In fact, the employees are some of the most intelligent in the Diagnostic space.

The sales role at MDx is chill, docs are chill, and payouts are generous. No one feels pressure.

Once the hiccups with taking on GPS is resolved, which should be soon, this place will boom.

MDxHealth is NOT going to Boom. GPS is a test of the past. Competitors have taken the majority of the market share. GPS is another MDxHealth test that is not going to grow in market share but shrink like the rest of their tests.

The place is the biggest joke. Upper management = money hungry and impulsive. Client Services doesn't know what they are doing. GPS is taking 1 month+ to report out. Docs are done with GPS and the long wait times are part of the problem. They've had it. MDx was not prepared to take on GPS and because of that, more market share will go to competition.

This is a good place to be if you don't want to work hard and are okay with making a minimum diagnostic rep salary. Management will get rid of you if you don't perform so make sure your ask for 5 year historical data about the territory. If you see the numbers declined, just know you won't get that business back. Metro areas = never going to grow. Don't waste your time interviewing for those areas.

Reps are leaving. A lot of open positions.

The salaries have increased so a lot of good talent coming over. Not sure how these new people will do with selling 10 year old tests. Time will tell.

Letting good reps go. Increasing territory sizes. Reps are stretched thin. Cheap management. Managers only care about themselves. Several reps on PIP.

When MDx brings the GPS test over to their lab, (yup, Exact Sciences is still running the cases) watch what happens. It's going to be chaotic!

Old tests outdated by MRI. GPS is good but competition is better. Reps that do well have more rural areas and have docs that sign conditional orders....these docs are usually the slimy ones that like lunches, dinners, and free foods.

MDX is a trainwreck! GPS is ultimately going to bankrupt them.

MDx must be hurting. Letting go of sales reps. Reps on PIPs and NOW....letting go supervisors in Client Services and Sale Operations staff.

    Who will be next?!!!!

Not a Patient-focused company. Leadership only cares about the number of tests in the door = $.

The culture at MDxHealth is toxic and fear-based. If you are not one of the favored, you are subjected to fear. Managers subscribe to this culture and everyone plays the game for the sake of their job.

Thoughts on the new comp plan...are you making the same or less? Hitting goals?

The fact that this company decided to add UTI to their product offering tells me everything I need to know. Not cancer focused but profit focused.
