PRTK sales 1Q are due to pre-order stocking by preferred vendors.

Actual sales dismal.

Touchpoint manages the CSO for Paratek. As big Pharma expands in key disease areas, Paratek may see loss of talent in key revenue areas including sales, marketing, and operations.
 






Any antibiotic start up that needs to commercialize it's product by contracting a salesforce is going to fail.

The fact that a salesforce was even created meant no buyers wanted omadacycline. We have seen this before. Company will sell for a pittance at some point.
 


Any insight why the stock dropped badly since the earnings report? I know from reading the sales in 1Q are non-existent. Sales=pharmacy stocking and not actual sales.

Paratek sells an antibiotic and hired a bunch of highly paid sales reps. The plan is to hire more reps.
