Who is your fav AVP?


there is no credit for that given to DH
His RSMs run everything for him and keep him out of everything they can. No one even knows who he is. He’s just the fat fuck that takes credit for it

DH needs to be fired
He holds responsibility to pass back up what really is happening out here in the field. But he is such a weak leader that everything has been collapsing around him and all he can do is tell Leslie and Marketing that everything is great.
He is a puppet and nothing more




Not sure why everyone is so mean about DH. He is OK.

Is there really an AVP that is perfect? Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. No one is perfect.

The question is whether you can improve or not.

I’D LIKE TO HEAR MORE DETAILS ON THIS. I HAVE A FEELING I KNOW THE BASIC MESSAGE BUT LET’S HEAR IT.

These AVPs make hundred of thousands of dollars and don't do a thing. They don't even leave their house. David, when was the last field visit you had? I've never seen you meet with a customer. Half of the AVPS in position were hired purely for diversity, not talent or skill. Don't believe me? Check Leslie Storms email sent to the AVPS for the director roles on 12/31/19... (Those things are saved Leslie and floating around the field)

Out of the 11 AVP roles, I maybe respect 2... And thats a hard maybe.
