Ophth rep BH doing a ton of non compliant things, double dipping, drinking on the job for 3+ yrs and not working, plus paid 100K more than others - should be suedCongrats! Will only be a matter of time before you regret that decision. Spineless leadership that continue to sink this ship.

of course, they love the drug. But they are chomping at the bit to lay off everyone. They just gutted their entire neuro dept yesterday. They don’t care about anyone anymore.
I have no doubt Tepezza reps will have jobs the question will be do they want to stay with Amgen and earn less $
they will have jobs for the first year. Then Amgen will do their famous restructuring and do away with reps that are too expensive

If you come here, push the hardest for RSUs when negotiating so that you at least have a cushion in case you get laid off with the Amgen acquisition. Horizon just did a big expansion in the OBU & GBU, none of which are even close to necessary. The RSUs will vest if you’re laid off within a year or 18 months. Can’t remember the timeframe.
