With DEI someone has to lose. Does anyone understand equity? That means if you make $100, you should give some to the other person. DO you understand equality? That means everyone has the same opportunity. We should strive for equality not equity.
What happen to the best person is the one that gets the job done. I think football and baseball may get intersting if we do the diversity thing. It's a little over weight to one side. Should it be the make up of the country?

So interesting to hear AZ employees/crybabies whining about dei. This place is so stuck in the 80s…I’ve never seen so many mediocre at best white men in director roles. Their only qualification is brown nosing. AZ is where it’s at if you don’t like diversity. They should be applauding the lack of diversity and they pay women less than men even when the women are better. Be happy instead of whining! The whining is very masculine

DEI is nothing more than reverse discrimination. If qualifications/ability were the only hiring criteria for a job, then less than 1% of all employees at all corporations would be BLK. Hiring the best person for a job has been thrown out the window. Now demographics drive hiring decisions which always results in someone being discriminated against.

For the last time, the YT man wouldn’t give shite to blaks without benefiting themselves 1st. Affirmative Action and DEI biggest benefactors are their YT wives and YT daughters!!
