This place is so stuck in the 80s…I’ve never seen so many mediocre at best white men in director roles. Their only qualification is brown nosing. AZ is where it’s at if you don’t like diversity. DEI is nothing more than reverse discrimination. If qualifications/ability were the only hiring criteria for a job, then less than 1% of all employees at all corporations would be BLK. Hiring the best person for a job has been thrown out the window.
