She won’t, on her own. It’s time Tom C and JT cut her loose, sack all the cronies she brought in, bring back competent leaders and people she pushed out and empower them to sort the mess she has created. Sounds like a wishful thinking and sadly, that’s what it will be.

Tom hasn’t got the stones to make a move on BN. June is fantastic and dusts BNs leadership but I’m sure BN will have the knives out for any rival

Most favored nation’s policy EO will be rolled out tomorrow! Don’t expect the world to pay crazy amounts for drugs that are repackaged as innovative or shows minimal benefit! Time to bring in honest people who knows what they are doing and sack the charlatans.
 


This place is a disaster, worse than primary care days. Managers being told they need to be with reps monthly! BN is driving this BS, no doubt. The idiot is demanding a goal of 33% growth on a drug 7 years in market.

All about her being able to put it in her Bio for the next job. Her micromanagement is already driving people away. It’s also effecting productivity, morale, and creativity. At last meeting she came to our district dinner. Couldn’t keep eye contact while talking.. sociopath…
 


The metrics are a joke. DEP, response to “suggestions”, field time, etc. Equally pathetic, the “sales” data. Never correct, adjusted to their benefit, goals AFTER the quarter ends, etc. Customer data base is incorrect and out of date. Few people have trust, it’s has been destroyed.

Then there’s the new Uro/Onc sleeves. Legacy reps had to interview if they wanted one sleeve or the other (Uro/Onc) regardless if previously worked the space. Upper management has no clue, the team was split before. How’d that work out? But, but, but… it will be different this time….

And, let’s not forget EVERYONE will have TAR in their bag. Then quietly disinvite the Onc sleeve to the Dallas meeting.

There will be open positions here, stay away. This place is terrible in so many more ways than spelled out on this board. It used to be a good place to work. Heck, it was just a few years ago we celebrated record sales. No longer, they have destroyed what was guided by “we can see what is possible, unburdened by what has been.”
