I'm glad someone saw through her. That must have taken a lot of courage. She will be heading the US GU team soon if the rumors are to be believed.
 














Interesting Credo results. Reduction across every category. Highest reduction in leadership and health and well-being.
But BN continues to drink her coolaid and lead us towards doom.
 






Was Sarbani in global pushed out?
She was a terrible individual. I saw her in action and she left a wave of issues behind her in everything she touched. The troubling part of the Sarbani story is that it was clear to all of leadership she was an issue but no one took the responsibility of taking action.

And to a certain degree they protect each other. If any of you were in a Masters or Ph.D. Program the group was a clique that looked down on undergrads, same thing here

Because if you as a manager take action against a toxic person in the company, especially if a woman or person of color, they will turn the tables on you.
