Do you not see the current comments about her horrible attitude, bad leadership and meanness at the POA?? And it’s the first day!! She is a horrible manager and everyone agrees on this. Shocking that she is with the company. She’s good, a couple of malcontent slackers have tried to throw her under the bus, but her leadership and associated high expectations will prevail over time. Frankly, she’s setting the tone for the future of the regionals, higher expectations that lead to better results.
Classic redirection.People like to point fingers when things are going wrong, but ironically, the fingers are never pointed at themselves. This team has got a lot of growing up to do, that starts with being accountable for your own efforts and results. That starts with asking yourself every day what else can I do to achieve better results, and then actually going out and doing it. Be a professional, accept responsibility and accountability, and go out and make it happen. Stop pointing fingers.
Not everyone can or should be on the bus, management respects that, and provides the regional managers the latitude to decide who stays and who goes.Classic redirection.
Results reflect leadership, Captain.
Typical malcontent, armed & loaded with a list of all the reasons why it can’t be done. I’m betting big money that this individual is below quota and has been for a long time, probably on the shortlist of those who can be let go. Buh Buh. Bubba.Classic redirection.

Her favorites? And this person is going to be our next natl sales director. That is comical. She sounds like a true professional. I need the paycheck but sort of embarrassed to tell others who I work for. This validates my reasoning! Promote someone who is not well respected. Great!A lot of people think she may end up being the next national sales Director, kind of makes sense given the fast track that she’s been on..Hopefully you’ve got a decent relationship with her if in fact that comes to pass. I think she may do a great job in that role, she likely already has her favorites picked out in anticipation.
2024 pretty much everyone was below quota. No one made money bc big pharma needs to promote this drug. Exactly. My manager shows us all the list of who is getting bonused during our sit downs on ride along days. It has been anemic and sad since I started working here. Every single quarter without fail. This organization does not pay out bonuses and I’ve deduced that the “goal” structure is decided on each quarter in order to make sure of that.2024 pretty much everyone was below quota. Sales growth has been anemic after Sheldon kept saying for years that Inflection point was supposedly a year ago. She’s good, a couple of malcontent slackers have tried to throw her under the bus, but her leadership and associated high expectations will prevail over time. Bonused well here??? Or the second job??? I don’t know anyone who’s bonused well hereExactly. My manager shows us all the list of who is getting bonused during our sit downs on ride along days. Context. Salary and lack of bonuses were so lame that took on a second job to make ends meet. I have bonused well every quarter. It ain’t me *wink and kisses*
No, at the 2nd job I was forced to get. I bonuses here but its tinyBonused well here??? Or the second job??? I don’t know anyone who’s bonused well here
She is a rising star, no doubt. Obviously the best days are ahead of us, and having a manager that really advocates for the reps is motivating. That is the type of mindset that we need for someone as sales director. We will see how this plays out over the next couple months, but there’s no reason to not be optimistic..Bonused well here???
