With DEI someone has to lose. Does anyone understand equity? That means if you make $100, you should give some to the other person. DO you understand equality? That means everyone has the same opportunity. We should strive for equality not equity.
What happen to the best person is the one that gets the job done. I think football and baseball may get intersting if we do the diversity thing. It's a little over weight to one side. Should it be the make up of the country?
