All while our “Lead” did nothing but book complaints. And 1 day of phones/follow ups. Her main job was literally a 5 min task. Why she too no longer works there

Lastly. I also got the top raise 2 years in a row, and asked for more $ in order to come back. I also demanded KH get her bonus in 2019. Whic JS promptly used as his “own words” in the performance reviews conducted 2 mos late, as usual per JS fashion.

But there was an “all hands on deck legal meeting” that was a shit show. Sounds like Alcon maybe having legal issues again equivalent to 2015 discrimination. WTH is with MedSafety?! Thought Novartis was bad
What else is new at this place. Spin-off seems to have really been an increased incubation for crap. Decision makers left are leveraging and positioning so they all get a piece. Unity be damned.
