Bloated Teams That Need to Go!




The shitty Senior leadership isn’t going anywhere, even the shitty managers won’t be let go. Meanwhile we have SAMs that stay at home and increase the inability to turn a profit. I have seen it over and over again in this industry; shitty managers, c-suite and major accounts almost never are touched while the reps play musical chairs. Buckle up people, PIP’s are coming!
 










You realize there are 800+ SSS and 60 SAMs. Trimming the fat starts at the rep level
Well that’s bc KC is an idiot and keeps hiring reps to look good to Wall Street, which doesn’t work anymore. As far as 60 sams, who do NOTHING except sit at home and send dashboards and pretend to send emails. They think they are virtual and they should be working too. Instead of asking what SSS and SSM do all day and ask for contacts bc they have NONE.

At least SSS are out working their asses off and actually selling cologuard.

What do MDLs do? Our SD keeps referring to them as mini SAMs but our SAM never leaves home. If a MDL is a Senior level what does that mean?
Our SAM is out all the time. Drop kids off, yoga, coffee with friends, pickle ball every other Thursday, pick up kids. Call SD and tell this jackass how busy she is. Do something you moron. You know it’s happening.

MDLs are the former GI sales team. That’s all you need to know. This position is for someone to do all the SD’s admin work and kiss ass until a SAM or SSM position is open.
 


Actually trimming the fat in AZ starts with SAM’s getting off the fucking couch at least once a week and cutting out the junk food.
Have you ever seen an SSS write an email? Half of them can’t compose an intro let alone a follow up or thank you. Don’t get me started on managing their calendars, signatures, or joining a virtual presentation where the camera isn’t up their nose. It’s embarrassing. Some of these reps think way too highly of themselves
 


Does anyone have any insight into the amenities director who was let go? They gutted her department. Rumor has it some type of inappropriate contact with another female employee.
 


As long as they keep me, we could reduce sales and account managers 30%, increase our bonus potential payout 40-50%. Would save an incredible amount of money, improve morale, and drive sales. We don’t need more reps we need a better culture/environment.

LOL classic Exact Sciences! It doesn’t matter if the culture sucks for everyone else as long as I keep my job and get paid. This is prime example of why this place sucks monkey balls. The funny thing is people who have been here a long time have learned how NOT to work and point fingers at everyone else. F*ck off is right.

This response is uncalled for. The person is simply stating a fact that anyone with a soul would agree, there is way too much bloat, laziness and unaccountability in sales. I can’t speak for the rest of the organization. Reducing headcount dials up accountability and improves culture by recognizing and rewarding those that deliver results. Maybe point your anger and frustration at those that are sucking this company dry not someone simply pointing out a matter of fact.

She was trying to makeout with her employees and others from teams around her. They let her off easy. Another EXAS HR scam.
