This is the attitude of someone wishing for a better culture? - “Cut everyone else, but don’t cut me.” Fuck off, man. You want to get rid of jobs, as long as it’s not your job. So, I’m guessing the “culture” you want is a bunch of selfish fucks like you…and you want MORE money apparently. You’re the reason the culture is bad. You’re a rotten egg that no company structure fixes. You’d be bad for culture regardless. Go work somewhere else.

I don’t think they need to cut 50% but they're about to with this bullshit IC plan! This company is running out of money and we all probably need to find new jobs.
 










An up and coming bloated team, the newly created "lean and flow" group.. Great. We want an efficient operation. The list of proposed changes for the clinical lab since Jan includes:

1. Changing the color of a checklist the size of a post card used once a week from the current red, to another color.

That's it. Company saved
 




Facilities and Real Estate is a bloated pig pen. You could outsource 50% of what they do and cut 25% of real estate leases to save money and everyone would still have a desk and adequate work space. Instead they keep many lazy employees and keep a facilities director who is a narcissist and nobody respects.

CBRE can do these services for half of what they pay these people…
Facilities literally has Master trades men that are way better than CBRE. Response times count also. Can’t wait 2 days for a repaire for a lab that runs 24hr 365.

Inside sales SUCKS!!!!! Stop calling on doctors every week you morons. I am reading notes from inside sales on targets I have that say “I asked to speak with Dr. Jones and told him he has 2 upcoming rescreen patients due.”

Inside Reps will replace the outside sales force soon based on everything happening..IC comp delay, Stock Price tanking, Tariffs etc

Inside sales reps are the biggest clowns here, but I have to agree with you, for all the reasons you stated, plus the switch to AI and how AI is going to decide if an account is better suited for an ISR or CSM, bye bye outside sales.
