Can sanofi do anything right?


Be nice everyone, forget attacking one another. Bottom line: we all work for the same sinking ship. This company has not had a clue how to manage for the last 7 years or so, maybe longer. Management is total joke, and now we have operation Turbo Charge. Can you believe people get paid to come up with that?

All this training and test score requirements, in order to sample a doctor while waving through glass window. Most territories in my area have 60% to 75% no access. Fun times ahead at sanofi.

Just cant believe Mannkind gave the sales ops to sanofi with their track record of launches.

Yes I would pick the company that makes Beggin Strips for dogs before I would pick Sanofi. Hard to believe this was their only choice. As far as being nice is concerned the gloves are off..the person posting all of this shit is not in field sales they are in HR and they are paid to monitor and provide "alternate views" on CP. So when someone tells them to fuck off we should all do the wave and say Amen.

Why can't just for once HR stay off this website. Since Sanofi doesn't tolerate any honest feedback from its employees this site allows employees to vent. Yes, it's great to have new products to sell but keep in mind how this company has treated people since the cash cows Plavix and Lovenox left the portfolio. Just stay in your cubicle you HR lackey. If it wasn't for the sales teams you pudknockers would have no job. With some new products coming I truly hope the whipping sessions and fire drills and busy work will ratchet down. Flying to Chicago in freezing temperatures to again learn a new sales model that has no use in today's market isn't a step in the right direction. Let the role- playing sessions begin.

You sound like a real gem to work with. Could anyone love you as much as you love yourself? My observation is based on the experience of taking many, many of these test questions over the years and the practical value to physicians and patients. My JOB is to know the problems and challenges in my providers practices. My JOB is to know how my product and how it can improve the lives of my providers patients and do it safely and effectively. If it makes you happy to memorize the PI word for word, go for it. As far as being lazy, I'd compare my work ethic to yours any old time. Get over yourself.

It took you a lot of words to say "my job isn't to do what the company who pays my salary asks of me; my job is to do whatever I think is best." Frame it however you want, but you've just decided that you know best and your experience trumps anything Sanofi wants of you - and you accuse ME of being in love with MYSELF??!! That's hilarious. Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean they are from HR. Plus, you don't want to start this "we're more important than you argument." Because without Medical, you wouldn't have a product to sell. Without Marketing, you wouldn't have anything to sell with. Without HR, you wouldn't get paid each week. Let's just agree that everyone has a role in the company and all of us are needed. And quit being some defensive - this is an open forum and people will disagree with one another. Be thankful someone has an opinion rather than attacking them because it doesn't match yours.

Keep all the HR Lackeys off this site. Stay in your cubicle and continue to look at how you can screw somebody this week. And stop the comparison of without marketing, without science or without the almighty HR I wouldn't get paid. There's no marketing here. HR is evil. And Science is run ass backwards. Central theme is an age old one - having done my share of belly-aching in the past, and having experienced the turmoil over and over - have come to realize that is the norm and there is nothing that is going to change. So I just decided to buckle up and enjoy the ride. And just maintain calm when things seem completely "wrong" or " unproductive." As long as they let me work, I was going to have fun, work effectively and enjoy those parts of the job that I got satisfaction from and minimize my feelings about the worst parts of the job. And it makes life so much more pleasant.

I guess if your goal is to tell yourself how great and important you are, then you're on the right track. Yeah... Go screw you moron. It all begins and ends with Sales teams... No matter which one or which geography. NO ONE has a paycheck, no one has a webinar to BS on, no one has dollars for R and D. Also, morons like you can't squeak by without dollars to distract the powers that be from discovering you work for them.
