Can sanofi do anything right?

Yes I would pick the company that makes Beggin Strips for dogs before I would pick Sanofi. Hard to believe this was their only choice. As far as being nice is concerned the gloves are off..the person posting all of this shit is not in field sales they are in HR and they are paid to monitor and provide "alternate views" on CP. So when someone tells them to fuck off we should all do the wave and say Amen.
 


OMG, please stop whining and complaining. we will have 2 new products in the same year after selling one forever. its good news and offers each of us the chance to impress some of our customers by actually becoming the resource that they all say that they want.....y'all sound like babies, pull your pants up and do your job.

Why can't just for once HR stay off this website. Since Sanofi doesn't tolerate any honest feedback from its employees this site allows employees to vent. Yes, it's great to have new products to sell but keep in mind how this company has treated people since the cash cows Plavix and Lovenox left the portfolio. Just stay in your cubicle you HR lackey. If it wasn't for the sales teams you pudknockers would have no job. With some new products coming I truly hope the whipping sessions and fire drills and busy work will ratchet down. Flying to Chicago in freezing temperatures to again learn a new sales model that has no use in today's market isn't a step in the right direction. Let the role- playing sessions begin.

Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean they are from HR. Plus, you don't want to start this "we're more important than you argument." Because without Medical, you wouldn't have a product to sell. Without Marketing, you wouldn't have anything to sell with. Without HR, you wouldn't get paid each week. Let's just agree that everyone has a role in the company and all of us are needed. And quit being some defensive - this is an open forum and people will disagree with one another. Be thankful someone has an opinion rather than attacking them because it doesn't match yours.

Keep all the HR Lackeys off this site. Stay in your cubicle and continue to look at how you can screw somebody this week. And stop the comparison of without marketing, without science or without the almighty HR I wouldn't get paid. There's no marketing here. HR is evil. And Science is run ass backwards. Just know asshat that you will get called out every time with your HR dribble and threats.
 


Central theme is an age old one - having done my share of belly-aching in the past, and having experienced the turmoil over and over - have come to realize that is the norm and there is nothing that is going to change. So I just decided to buckle up and enjoy the ride. And just maintain calm when things seem completely "wrong" or " unproductive." As long as they let me work, I was going to have fun, work effectively and enjoy those parts of the job that I got satisfaction from and minimize my feelings about the worst parts of the job. And it makes life so much more pleasant.

I guess if your goal is to tell yourself how great and important you are, then you're on the right track. You're welcome to blog about it, assuming your "me time" in front of the mirror each day isn't enough to get your self-esteem up. I was simply trying to point out (in a somewhat respectable way) that you were acting like a buffoon. You took that as a "crusade to try control content and thoughts on CP." Post away, smart guy. Without sales asshat there would be crickets. Even with the flaccid non- functioning marketing teams and the clumsey science affairs folks along with the ex- KGB's in HR shows how good sales is doing. Sanofi strangles the reps with busy work and fire drills and does its utmost to keep them away from the correct targets.

Etc, etc. How hard is it to recognize that perhaps the world doesn't revolve around YOU? I'm sure the sheer size of your head gives it a mild gravitational pull, but that's not quite enough to do the trick.

Sanofi leadership has always been a joke. No skill sets, marathon role- playing sessions, force ranking, and just a nasty place to work when I was there. Felt the weight of the world off me after I got a new gig.

Yeah... Go screw you moron. It all begins and ends with Sales teams... No matter which one or which geography. NO ONE has a paycheck, no one has a webinar to BS on, no one has dollars for R and D. Also, morons like you can't squeak by without dollars to distract the powers that be from discovering you work for them.
