Every time I think I hit the bottom from jumping off the cliff I keep going further.... Where's the end ?!??!!?
It's a shame what a colossal failure Acadia is. Our Chief Revenue Officer has her crowning achievement in the value created in the market through her personnel and tactical decisions. She brought in the worst managers and head of sales, gave zero reasons for top talent to stay, and chased activity that still gets us the same number of new starts each week as we had years ago. The stock price, the day she started, would be a dream right now. Billions is market cap- gone. Thx
Calls per day, in-house social media software, and busy work doesn't move the business. People are not inspired and customers can tell. Why should a doc write more when they look into the eyes of a salesperson that doesn't believe in their company, its management, or their career future.
This drug has more studies that show how it doesn't work for many uses. If you just landed and had to treat a patient, had no access to ACAD marketing material, go look at what PubMed shows. It is as uninspired as the people that decorate the Management page.
And Steve... you have single handedly burned through every executive in the C suite. At least two people have sat at each desk under your rule. What measuring stick do the Baker Brothers have when they evaluate you? Stock price? Successful trials? Talent retention? Increased prescriptions?
Nope- if all they want is you to build a company with Amanda's, pipeline slides that need to be deleted every year, and max-out price increases, then you are their perfect choice for CEO.
This right here is what moved many of us from being disappointed to being devastated from a morale standpoint:
"Calls per day, in-house social media software, and busy work doesn't move the business."
We keep being told we are NOT a metric driven sales force yet they require daily metrics.
They keep increasing these daily metrics with no change in performance.
They hire a director of diversity equity and inclusion. Was that needed? Is that what's REALLY important while we fight the FDA for DRP?
They roll out Workplace (Facebook for work) which becomes a requirement for every employee with pronouns and all in our profiles and then create groups they suggest people join for a safe space to discuss things for different ethnicities, for women, and for the LGBTQ community but they fail to offer a place for straight white men.
They run sales contests that quietly disappear mid-quarter and it's like pulling teeth to get an answer on how you finished and when you'll receive your reward.
I could go on and on. Go woke go broke Acadia. You are destroying the loyalty of your employees.

Well ... we are too heavy staffed with all these extra managers so the vaccine mandates coming should naturally trim off some excess fat... wonder how many will leave?
The day they put the unqualified blonde bimbos in the c-suite was the demise of sales and marketing at Acadia. Serge should have been fired for all the failed trials, a CEO and board of directors should actually have first hand knowledge of driving the business rather than being bean counters and lawyers, and HR should be empowered to fire those that are abusive and unqualified. The culture here is the worst any of us have been exposed to and we are all waiting for severance pay.
Oh you are missing out on the opportunity of ESPP. You get to flush money from your paycheck down the toilet at a discount. And don’t forget the now underwater stock options. If you got the pathfinder subtract another 3k a year. Now you know why Stan said “ Don’t buy the boat”. If it flys, floats or F@&ks .. RENT IT
But we got plenty of diversity and inclusion. A little more inclusion and the stock would be doing great. The doctors will rx more if you tell you have diversity at acadia!!
Great WAY to convince new customers
True. This company spun a good story preproduct launch. Truth was revealed as time went on. Another start-up that had depended on a mediocre product and willingness of investors to take a chance. Management had enough savvy to understand how to string along investors and game insurance players in the U.S. to sustain themselves over enough time to pay for their mortgage on the new mansion.I joined a year ago, this was the worst decision in my life. At least I’m not alone caught holding worthless stock. So many have held since they were hired and we’re all f’d until the Baker brother’s sell this sinking ship
Any feedback on Tony Y or Diann P? Worked with both in the past and would love an updateThis right here is what moved many of us from being disappointed to being devastated from a morale standpoint:

Anyone else feel borderline harassed by the measures taken by corporate to get vaccinated?
