It's a shame what a colossal failure Acadia is. Our Chief Revenue Officer has her crowning achievement in the value created in the market through her personnel and tactical decisions. She brought in the worst managers and head of sales, gave zero reasons for top talent to stay, and chased activity that still gets us the same number of new starts each week as we had years ago. The stock price, the day she started, would be a dream right now. Billions is market cap- gone. Thx
Calls per day, in-house social media software, and busy work doesn't move the business. People are not inspired and customers can tell. Why should a doc write more when they look into the eyes of a salesperson that doesn't believe in their company, its management, or their career future.
This drug has more studies that show how it doesn't work for many uses. If you just landed and had to treat a patient, had no access to ACAD marketing material, go look at what PubMed shows. It is as uninspired as the people that decorate the Management page.
And Steve... you have single handedly burned through every executive in the C suite. At least two people have sat at each desk under your rule. What measuring stick do the Baker Brothers have when they evaluate you? Stock price? Successful trials? Talent retention? Increased prescriptions?
Nope- if all they want is you to build a company with Amanda's, pipeline slides that need to be deleted every year, and max-out price increases, then you are their perfect choice for CEO.
