Seeing as how they canned people with 30 years of AZ and top performers, nothing would shock me. Wouldn’t expect it so soon but that may explain why we have zero budget (Amongst other things). Certainly is a (squid) game of red light green light in this division. Morale is a cesspool, regardless of what the silly pulse is saying. Maybe it’ll be the kick in the arse we all need to finally GTFO.

So glad I saw this happening 8 months ago, found a new job 6 months ago, and got out of an EV. You guys can do it! Go find a new one.
 










Whether it’s the recent CVRM realignment or the slow stream of talented reps moving on elsewhere, I started applying to other companies a few months ago. After going through the motions at 4 different jobs it has been quite eye opening. I’ve seen anywhere from a 20-35% bump in base and similar increase in bonus and stock. A few of these positions are PCP jobs. Wish I’d been cut in November and feeling a sucker for being long time loyal to AZ!

Please include Resp. We are treading water with losing coverage and no new data or indications. And the same old message for B for how many years? What do these brand teams do? We pawns continue to be held at a standard they don't hold themselves. CBD's are jokes and couldn't sell heaters at the north pole. What do they do well? Not much. Maybe suck up to brand.

Clearly a troll that knows nothing about the new CVRM way. Let go over half of the people then increase the goals for the remaining skeleton crew, most of which had to learn new specialties and customers with zero support or training. 80 hour work week not uncommon here you imbecile.
