why are people still taking this job seriously? As if anything you do matters? We’re all getting shitcanned or demoted regardless of how good we are or how long we’ve been here. Charades!

Curious…..how do you think it’ll go down? Level everyone from PC CVRM and “Spec” CVRM into one deflated division or just get rid of one of them altogether and activate Syneos for BX launch? Or maybe option three…..
 




I hit multiple company pages..... I laugh because everyone is in the same boat. Grass is greener, no leader appreciates what the reps are up against, brand teams suck, etc. Pharma is dying.

Pharma isn’t dying, only certain divisions of these companies. Industry-wide, primary care is being phased out and being lumped into specialty. The CVRM division of AZ is not the place to be and will ultimately be combined with primary care once Farxiga is done. Rumors point towards late Q3/early Q4. They will continue to horse whip the reps until then.

Nope, pharma is dying. Why? Because taxpayers are tired of funding bogus or loser molecules and generous salaries and bonuses for people who really don't do that much or add value.
 


I feel a purge and a merge is coming. Felt it as soon as they announced Resp positions will only be filled with contract reps. . It’s about time the bring us all back together again. It’s a pattern of break apart and then combine. Time to combine!

that was done in November. Next stop is getting rid of PC division entirely and CVRM will become the new PCX. Another massive demotion for the original renal hospital account reps. Just keep having those cheesy childish distractions (March Madness puke) and Workplace posts so we think everything is fine. Wag the dog much?
