Been through several restructures/reorgs/displacements over the years and this has always been a leading indicator. When your primary source of territory intel (now spark) keeps going blank or doesn’t quite refresh properly, it’s because there is research being conducted by HQ (ZS). I do love, however, how they all spin it as it’s because the system is still new and we’re ironing out the kinks. I guess SL would rather look like inept idiots than demonic schemers. I get it, seriously I do.
But, just once, instead of the “inspirational” patient stories/fake marketing actors that adorn the pages of our IVA/leave behinds…..let’s do this. Feature a DISPLACED AZ employee story. Show them sharing the news with their family, cutting back on needs, interviewing incessantly while trying to remain positive. Let’s show them tapping into their retirement funds so they can keep their kid’s lives normal and still pay bills. Let’s show what happens when the stress leads to nightly family arguments at the kitchen table and nearly losing everything. And truly highlight the devastating effects that occur for the next year since diagnosis (job loss) until the ultimate cure…..

AZ finally lets them come back and all is well! The patient (employee) has made a complete recovery! Oh joyous day!
