Date of Comp Change to 8%

What is the reason for the big losses?
Lack of Sales leadership, lack of innovation, lack of responsiveness to our surgeon requests, leadership coming into accounts overpromising customers and delivering noting, LOSS of Great SALES TALENT to COMPETITORS, Competition beating our asses at every turn, the negative corporate culture, the inability to get product OUT THE DOOR. It's obvious that JNJ no longer believes in this segment of their business. I could go on and on and so could every sales rep left in this organization. I remember not too long ago our corporate leaders calling companies like K2 "ankle biters". Their arrogance was unbelievable!! I remember them rolling their eyes at companies like NuVa when they were just coming up. What a joke! NuVa will soon overtake us in spine. Many of our best sales leaders and reps are now working for NuVa! The ones who rolled their eyes are still in leadership rolls!?! The decline of trust in leadership is astonishing! I'm planning my exit, have to, there's no other choice.

What happened to transparency? I'm amazed there has not been more said about the disparity between Spine and Trauma/CMF pay. Many on here seem to think spine only makes 8%, not true, we make 10+1. The one thing I can not stand about this company any longer is the secrecy behind all things income. With Synthes, you make 12.5% just like everyone else, and when you bust your ass and sell, you earn the income you deserve.

Why do we have cars, and a gas card, and get expenses when Trauma doesn't? I think it's because all the L-Depuy Spine reps were paid shit from distribution which continued as direct reps...and they added this as an incentive! Synthes was 12.5%, and they tried to polish this shit by cutting us to 10% and selling these shitty cars and gas as an upside, but why haven't trauma reps raised all hell! Yes, we get a 1% bump if we hit quota. But losing 1.5-2.5%, and splitting it with shitty partners has left most reps that were here prior heading for the door....like me!

Now they are slowly buying up trauma distributors too. If you don't get out soon, you will be ageneric DS Rep, selling everything and knowing really nothing about your products. Unlike bringing value to your surgeons and staff. Mark my words, they've given us CMF for 18 months with no real manager as there have been 4 different managers on the trauma side in the same time frame, no one internal to provide support either, so we just take the little bump from DBX.

This place has gone to shit.....
