Anyone have any thoughts on what is in store for strata for the next 2-5 years?

TW is a problem hasn't delivered anywhere he has worked including Beth Irael, Yale, very dissapointing.
Rumor has it now that LC is there they can work on getting rid of TH who is also a big problem and a big mess personnally. Hes too old
