No one can say that they didn't see this coming. Just had to wait a little while so it wouldn't raise eyebrows. They couldn't do it a year ago.

Lie, steal, cheat and you too can get promoted. Duh, that's the Purdue way. Lots of one timers lie, cheat and steal to get promoted. Don't forget step on anyone and rip on everyone behind their back.
 


Would you prefer to hire another genius from the outside?! Hmmm most new people coming in can't formulate sentences (both DM's and reps), have been laid off forever or worked at a contract company prior to the hire! You sound like jealous losers who would not be happy with anyone! If you don't like it leave! Let me guess?? No one will hire you? Ohhh so sad. So sick of people not being happy for awesome talent. Take your sorry ass self, negative and comments and shove it! And by the way-anyone who jumps to that conclusion that for someone to win they have to lie and cheat is one sad mac. I'm guessing you never won anything? Guess what you are a rep who probably makes 6 figures who is surrounded by people who actually have difficult jobs-get a life loser!
 








I just heard. This is so sad. Positions are supposed to be earned not given. Cheating and stealing should never be apart of the equation. How many qualified people keep getting passed up for these positions and he just gives them away because of his boy rl. T. M. needs to be fired for this.

People move doctors in and out of territory they get promotions with an (s). So glad that my resignation will have your name on it. Your first resignation is coming.

went to training with this "liar and cheat"! I would love to hear how you honestly feel she didn't "earn" this! Most I've talked to have felt that this was a no brainer for this position. You mentioned resigning, she'd be lucky if you did. Sounds like we'd all be lucky. Yes this is a shit hole so if you hate it as most do, resign
 


What was the alternative if the company wanted to promote from within?I heard that as long as she doesn't make the mistakes of her predecessor, she may last. Whatever she did as a rep is now in the past. Her slate is cleaned. Morello determined that when he made the hiring decision. I'll ride this one out.

ROTFL. The past? Didn't you just have some issues a month ago? No one has to accomplish SHIT anymore. Look across the region. The best all have left. Some of us get a hell of a lot more money than the old timers. So why leave. I sadly agree with the posts however. I've only been here for a short while and the stories are legendary about that team. The ones that couldn't stand the heat got out of the kitchen. The ones that caused the heat kept cooking their pot of SHIT. Same thing that happened out west when the DM managed himself out of a whole district! hahahaha! RLof managed himself out and the newcomer will, well SHIT, she doesn't have to do a damn thing but teach her team how to steal from other teams. LMAO. But for real, you have to love the irony.
 


How do you manage a team when you are like a teenager with a PA, a doctor, a seasoned professional, and someone who has been a regional trainer for years with an extensive selling career and was the acting manager. What a stupid mistake. There was someone better who did everything to get that job. This just makes me sick. The good guy always finishes last.
 




Really bad decision. Really, really bad. The district could have been, should have been dissolved for a fresh new start. Everyone is pissed except for 2-3 groupies. Playing favorites has never been a good thing.
 


Why would a PA want to become a rep? That's lame. And did you say a doctor was on the team-lololol. First off the reps in DC are super entitled. No coverage issues, tons of pain docs. Stop whining. Be glad you have a good manager who cares. Trust me-no one else on that team was capable of the job. Ask anyone else in the mid Atlantic..outside that district....no one else. Jealousy is a disease....get better soon!
