enough is enough!
1. DC is a metro market place. There are always going to be physicians moving in and out of offices to other locations. Just like any other district or TBM people take things personally when it affects them negatively and don't say anything when it affects them positively.
2.the RFT DID NOT want the job ( i'm sure she's happy to work for somebody who is internal to Purdue and who she knows, if your that curious...ask her). Good chance she would have got it if she had gone for it but that wasn't the case
3. I'm sure the person who got it was not the only candidate but she's obviously worked to get it. those who think differently, do you even know her or know anything that she dad to work towards getting the job?
4. They hired from the outside first and it didn't work
5. The previous manager allowed chaos and grudges to be held on the team for whatever reason. Probably a good guy but not mature
6. People have left this team but still hold on and stay involved for some strange reason, it's like an obsession
7. This site is disgusting and everyone reads what's posted as if it's the gospel truth. Most likely it's the same handful of people posting over and over again trying to make it seem like it's someone else. Ask yourself; why does anyone care this much about other people. This is a job, that's it!

Just for the record, this post is correct. I'm an old Purdue rep with very little drama at my new company so I come here to make myself feel better about my decision to leave. Yahoo. I know people on D.C., VA and MD teams and more looks to me like there is a Mass Exodus from Purdue. Glad I chose to leave. These posts confirm I did the right thing. All of these Mid-Atlantic teams have lost at least 4/5 reps in the last year alone - crazy. Is it Purdue, the managers, the RD -who knows. I'd suggest if you are unhappy leave. FYI there is life after Purdue!
